Gratia Tech Solutions – Service Subscription Agreement

Services Provided

Gratia Tech Solutions agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

1. Customized Teacher Attendance Tracking System

2. Digital Lesson Plan Submission Platform

3. School Website Design, Hosting & Maintenance

4.Digital Class Register App

Subscription Fee

The Client agrees to pay a registration fee of GH50 and monthly subscription fee of GHS300/month for a pro plan. But the subscription fees remain the same for the other services as at the time of purchase

Basic schools are to pay per term.

Payments are due on the 5th day of each month and For Basic Schools Payments should be made a week before start of term.

A discount of 5% is granted for annual payments

Duration of Agreement

This agreement is valid for an initial 5 years for all services except Graphic design services

Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel the subscription after the initial 5 years academic period with 10 days written notice to our official email (gratiatechsolutions@gmail.com) or via our costumer support.

Early termination within the first 5 academic years is subject to a cancellation fee of GH10,000 to cover setup and support services already provided since we cannot resell the services we provide for you to other clients.

Support & Maintenance

Gratia Tech Solutions will provide continuous maintenance, updates, data backup, and technical support as part of the subscription.

Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate staff and school data as needed for system setup.

Gratia Tech Solutions commits to ensuring data security and system reliability.

Termination by Provider

Gratia Tech Solutions reserves the right to halt services in cases of:

Non-payment till due date

Misuse of the platform

Breach of this agreement

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
